Virginia Xi selects prospective members who are right for the fraternity, just as those prospective members select the fraternity that is right for them.
One of the questions that you might ask yourself is "Is Sigma Phi Epsilon is right for me?" Rest assured, there are some easy ways to find out the answer. The first step is to learn more about who we are. Take some time to get to know us, as we would like to get to know you too. There are many ways to accomplish this, from attending the formal recruitment events at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters, to asking a SigEp on campus to take you over to the chapter house and getting a quick tour.
Make a note of the upcoming Rush Dates, but please remember that these are not the only times to stop by and get to know us. Our members are always available to answer your questions, and there are always many opportunities throughout each semester to learn about our chapter.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays during the activity hour, Virginia Xi eats lunch at the north cafeteria (see map below). To find our table, look toward the exit facing 49th street (the direction you will face when you leave the cash registers). We are the last table on the right hand side (close to the exit & restrooms). Feel free to drop by for lunch any time.
If you have any questions about Rushing Sigma Phi Epsilon, please contact Scott Headley(V.P. of Recruitment) at (757)963-2954, post a question on the message board, ask anyone wearing Sigma Phi Epsilon letters on their chest, or email the webmaster.
